These general terms and conditions apply to purchases made in our online store in Norway. When you shop with us, you accept the following terms and conditions:


Article 1 – Definitions

  • Withdrawal period : The period during which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer : A natural person who is not acting as part of a commercial activity.

  • Day : Calendar day.

  • Ongoing agreement : An agreement for repeated deliveries over time.

  • Durable medium : Any storage means that allows access to information at a later time.

  • Right of withdrawal : The consumer's right to cancel an agreement within the withdrawal period.

  • Business : The company that offers goods/services online.

  • Distance selling : An agreement concluded without physical contact via the internet.

  • Remote communication : Method of entering into an agreement without physical presence.

Article 3 – Validity

These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements between Morevo and the consumer. The terms and conditions must be available before the agreement is entered into and can be saved as a permanent document.


Article 4 – Offers and information

  • Offers have limited validity and are subject to change.

  • Images are illustrative and may differ slightly from actual product.

  • Offers must be clear, with information about price, shipping, right of withdrawal, payment and terms.


Article 5 – Conclusion of the Agreement

  • The agreement is valid when the customer accepts the offer and Morevo confirms this.

  • When purchasing online, Morevo sends electronic confirmation.

  • Morevo may check creditworthiness before approving the purchase.

  • Upon delivery, the customer receives all necessary information, including contact details and return terms.


Article 6 – Right of withdrawal (14 days)

  • The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • The right of withdrawal must be notified in writing (e.g. email).

  • Returns must be made within a further 14 days after notification has been sent.


Article 7 – Costs of withdrawal

  • Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • In the event of a valid return, Morevo will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt.


Article 8 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Hygiene items with broken seals

  • Services already provided

  • Digital products or audio/video with broken seals


Article 9 – Prices and fees

  • Prices include Norwegian value added tax (VAT).

  • Morevo reserves the right to adjust prices if necessary.

  • Price changes due to VAT, legal changes or market fluctuations are permitted.


Article 10 – Warranty and complaints

  • The products must comply with the description and Norwegian law.

  • Complaints must be made within a reasonable time, preferably within 14 days.

  • Manufacturer warranties also apply.

  • Damage due to incorrect use is not covered.


Article 11 – Delivery

  • Delivery takes place to the address provided by the customer.

  • Delivery normally takes place within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

  • In the event of delays, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.

  • The risk is transferred to the customer upon physical receipt.


Article 12 – Ongoing agreements and termination

  • Purchases with fixed delivery can be cancelled with 1 month's notice.

  • Automatic renewal of agreements must be clearly notified.

  • Purchases over 12 months can be cancelled after 1 year with 1 month's notice.


Article 13 – Payment

  • Payment is made via available payment methods in the online store.

  • Failure to pay may result in fees and collection.

  • The customer is obliged to provide correct payment information.


Article 14 – Complaints

  • Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovering the error.

  • We respond to complaints within 14 days.

  • If the matter is not resolved, the consumer can bring it to the Norwegian Consumer Authority.


Article 15 – Disputes and applicable law

  • All agreements are subject to Norwegian law and may be processed by a Norwegian court.


Article 16 – CESOP and government reporting

In accordance with applicable EU legislation (CESOP) and Norwegian regulations, Morevo may be required to report payment data to relevant authorities in connection with cross-border transactions.
